CERTIFICATE OF ANALYSIS (COA)

Certificate of Analysis (COA) is a datasheet issued that describe the characteristic and possible source of ingredient or material that contains or may contain threat. It contains the actual results obtained from testing performed as part of quality control of an individual batch of a product.

2. Porcine Detection via immunoassay analysis (ELISA)

Porcine Detection via Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) is accredited under ISO 17025 that will ensure that the result is reliable and precise. The ELISA kit is introduced to physically-highly processed matrices samples for the presence of any porcine trace in protein form. This method has been verified and validated specifically for protein-based analysis samples such as the gelatin-based product like capsules, confectionary and more. With specific kit and well-known technologies, this method is able to produce suitable and reliable results for wide-range of samples.

Moreover, the ingredient of cosmetic are well known contain vary of chemicals which can be lead to damaging the trace of DNA. Therefore, Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) was introduced to detect porcine in cosmetic sample. ELISA can be detected any presence of porcine trace in protein form. With specific kit and well-known technologies, this method is able to produce suitable and reliable results for wide-range of samples

3. Porcine Screening via PorcineTrace Rapid Test Kit (Strip Test)

The PorcineTrace Rapid Test Kit used for this method of analysis has been validated and accredited under ISO 17025 to ensure that the kit is accurate and precise according to its category. The kit provides easy, inexpensive, fast, accurate and reliable screening test for porcine analysis without the involvement of lab procedure. The kit can be tested with various types of sample matrices which are raw meat, processed / canned food, gelatin-based and fat & oil product.

Minimal turn-around time: less than 1 hour

Alcohol Detection using Headspace-GC/FID.

The analysis is to ensure that the alcohol content in food and beverages is not harmful to consume within the permissible range. With the latest and established method of detection, measurement for limit of alcohol will become easier and reliable through this method of analysis.
